3. PURPOSE OF DATA PROCESSING

Data are processed by Luxalpaca for below purposes:

• Process a customer order. Data are stored for 24 months, cancellation can be requested any moment at Data controller.
• Pre and post sales assistance. Data are stored for the time necessary to fulfill the request.
• Anytime it can be asked to cancel the subscription to newsletter.
• Obligations under applicable law. Data are stored for the time established by the applicable law.

4. LEGAL BASIS AND OBLIGATORY OR OPTIONAL NATURE OF PROCESSING

Data are stored voluntary. Some technical information is collected automatically during website browsing. If information needed to provide a service is not received, Luxalpaca could not be able to provide it. Data collected during the purchase or post sales process are necessary to fulfill the request, while the consent given for commercial and promotional activities is optional and revocable at any time.

As data subject, you can revoke the consent at any time. In particular you can request to modify or cancel or restriction of processing of personal data. Is it also possible to send a request for opposition to the processing of your Personal data or transmission to a different Data controller. 6. COMPLAINT TO THE DATA PRIVACY GUARANTOR AUTHORITY

If you believe that the processing of your personal data by the Data Controller is undertaken in violation of the provisions of the Regulations, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Privacy Guarantor Authority, as envisaged by Article 77 of said Regulation, or to seek redress through the appropriate legal channels (Article 79 of the GDPR).

7. AMENDMENTS

The Data Controller reserves the right to modify or simply update its content, wholly or partially, also as a result of variations in the applicable legislation.
